Dear valued guest,

Appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice, including no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or session. Clients who repeatedly cancel late or fail to attend scheduled appointments may lose booking privileges for future services.

Deposits are non refundable. You may transfer the deposit up to two times. On the third reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited and an additional deposit will be required to rebook. Please be mindful when making appointments.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to service you. The above policy will apply toward rescheduling.
